very little unfortunately! Since owning her I have added some tasteful extras which include Carbon heal plates, exhaust guard and key guard. I have the original replaced parts. The bike is fitted with a Termignoni half system and I also have the original system. There is a double bubble dark screen fitted and again I have the original. Fitted to the front of the bike is a Motografix front number board which can be removed very easily if its not to your taste! Service work on her is scarce as the previous owner was a mechanic and carried out all his own work. Since owning her I have had all work done Ducati Dublin and I have all receipts as proof! The bike is due a service in April and belts are not required to be changed for another 4,000 miles! The battery is brand new and the chain and sprockets have only seen 500 odd miles! The rear sub frame had to be replaced by Ducati Dublin as the exhaust box came loose and cracked the frame. It has that classic Duc rumble, plenty of low down pull and doesn`t look that bad for a 15 year old bike. I have barely coved 2500 in the last 3 years, as I only use it on sunny days (not that many then) and that is mainly to and from work. It has never had any trouble with its MOT, not so much as an advisory. It is a great starter, straight off the button every time. You`ll notice it has a high rise Carbon exhaust which does mean no passengers, you can easily pick up some pegs and a can off ebay if you wish to change it back. I have fitted a basic movement alarm (Sola-Alarm), which comes with two remotes. I have also had a spare key cut. This is a 15 year old bike, so don`t expect a minter!! It has the odd mark here and there as you`ll see by the pictures, but generally I think you`ll agree it polishes up alright. The tyres are good, the front one has barely done 200mls since I had it fitted. It comes with 3 months Tax and Test. have the time to do it up. It ran nice and smooth when I bought it (the only 851 ive had that ran @ tickover from cold)- I think its been chipped and is running some sort of termi pipes now. Ive not been able to start it recently - but it can be turned over on the battery. Water system is ok -usual weeps but rad and pipes OK. The exhaust hangers have been cut off by some previous moron and replace with the setup you see in the pics. All body work is good just needs a re - spray (Ihave the decals). The front mud guard has been cut down - not sure why, previous moron again. It has Maxton upgraded suspension front and rear as far as I am aware. Ive replaced the seals in the front forks.Ive replaced some of the fuel hoses with new. I have some spares - oil filters, A front wheel, O ring set. Manual etc etc all to be sold with it.Chain and sprockets are good as are the tyres - but they are over 5 yrears old. Bike is a late 2002 model 748 E (one of the last to be made with the smooth-pattern fairing and silver frame / wheels). Bike was a seldom-used weekend toy more than anything - never been out in the wet etc. Belts have not been changed during my ownership, but I`ve only done under 1000 miles on the bike, so should have plenty of life left for time being.
