something bigger as this just feels a little small for me.It is in good condition for its age - bodywork especially still gleams in super Ducati red. It has GP replica decals which could easily be removed, so I am led to believe.The forks are in good condition with no pitting.There is a little rust (exhaust pipe for instance) & the finish on the engine is not "as new!" But nothing that you wouldn`t expect on a 15 year old bike.Goes well, stops well, goes quick round corners and will pull over 8000rpm in top even with my lardy self on board.It is taxed and MoT`d till June 2011.I have V5, all old MoTs, the original handbook and a pile of bills.I will (not) look at a swap or part exchange for a bigger bike, Mini or Beetle even if you let me know WHY?;-)OK - you bid you buy. Then since i`ve had it services were 2003 / 2004 belts again (costing £575.65) / Then 2005. After this i didn`t use it much as mot`s show , and services now being carried out by a friend of my new brother in law so no receipts as i paid cash. This is now 14 years old and has some paint flaking off wheels and a few marks on mirrors (from getting it in and out of shed) some paint flaked off engine from jet wash. But all in all a good bike. None refundable deposit of £200.00 on auctoin end and the rest in cash within three days of end time. Advertised elsewhere so can remove if sold. bought from a friend who had it serviced religiously by Ducati in Bury (Italsport) but all history has been lost when he moved house and the bike was stood for about 18 months before I rescued it. I`m sure a phone call to Italsport can back the history issue up. As you can see from the photos, the bike is good condition, however if you are looking for a showroom piece, then this is not it! It has been used in all weathers and has a few small scratches and scuffs. The bike has NEVER been dropped but there is a scuff on the N/S fairing and O/S/R panel. It could do with a rear tyre too, but passed it`s MOT 1000miles ago. Whilst this probably paints a worse picture than it actually is, I`m trying to be as honest as possible. Everything works, it starts first time everytime and goes like stink! Comes with 2 keys. Just back from 500mile trip around the Lake District and never missed a beat!
