to the road and to see if he liked a scooter to go to college on, he loved this scooter and has now bought a more expensive one. It has only a few scuffs and all panels are sound with all the fastening clips so none are loose and rattle. It has 12 months MOT and 11 months tax and in good reliable working order and does 120 ish to the gallon ( brilliant). tyres are good and rear brake shoes fitted last march, this year it has had.. new battery, new rollers ( whatever they are ), service with carb set-up and rear shock absorber. Dont know anything about scooters so all work has been done at a garage and i have reciepts. Now for the dodgy bits...firstly and worstly the oil/petrol mixer thing had a slight leak so the garage by-passed this, so what i do is fill a gallon can and put oil in that, give it a shake and pour it in the bike, i have a small bottle which i fill with oil, this is the exact amount, and will leave this with the bike, it has run perfect like this for 6 months now. The set hinge has broken. Speedo doesnt work and there is only 1 wing mirror. Please excuse the muck on the photos, my son works at a farm and i have cleaned it since.
