WP suspension manual, original purchase receipt and various receipts here. Mot until 27th October 2010, Taxed until end of November 2010. The bike comes with offroad wheels/tyres (they are the original tyres still with pips on outer edges) and 17 inch supermoto wheels/tyres. These are both original fitment CCM items, they come complete with their own sprockets and discs fitted, they use the same set of wheel spacers and the same chain. These are not an afterthought or bodged set of wheels from another bike where you have to swap discs, sprockets etc and have lots of fiddly spacers. They are the proper kit, which take approx an hour to swap over from trail to supermoto and vice versa. The engine is fitted with a K&N filter, dynajet carb kit, Kent fast road cam and road legal Quill T3 end can. I have had two previous CCM`s and neither pulled as well or as cleanly as this one does-the difference is fantastic. I`ve recently fitted Symtec heated grips (lovely warm hands), new X-Ring chain and a new Hyabusa battery which gives better starting than the underpowered original CCM battery. Included in sale is the original exhaust can and a carbon rear hugger for use with supermoto wheels (never bothered with it myself). (Bill) is mainly responsible for it`s modifications and owned it from 1994 until I bought it in 2004. It is on a Q plate and I have had no trouble insuring it with both Devitts and Carol Nash.It has MOT until June 2010 – and is currently on Sorn.As you can see – it`s not quite standard. Here is a list of what has been done…Engine:500 ex-military lump. All standard so should go on for ever and at 33bhp is ideal for those still restricted…Carb:Dellorto PHM40. It was described as a ‘tickler` carb.For starting it has no choke, but a button that operates the accelerator pump to prime the intake. Be warned, cold starting is NOT an easy process – especially as the kickstart is on the left of the bike. If you know how to kickstart a bike properly – you`ll get it – if you just kick wildly and get all puffed out and angry – don`t buy it! It has a DT1 external filter.Exhaust:Stainless Steel Super Trap. Originally for an ATK – it needed the end can angling up by 7 degrees to make it fit which was carried out professionally on the brand new pipe. Cost of this pipe was over £300 shipped in from USA about 4 years ago.Wheels and brakes:Central Wheel Components Ltd supplied the rims, spokes and did the wheel building. infact the engine was rebuilt only last october. Exhaust has been upgraded to a Blue Flame Carbon Tip model to greatly increase noise and performance. A brand new sump guard has also been installed to protect the bottom of the engine. The bike comes with 2 sets of wheels, one set is for supermoto use with black excel rims and the other for off road use with gold rims. Both sets of wheels have good tread left. This a serious sale, please no time wasters.
