I bought this bike when it was a couple of years old for my son when he was 13, he`s 21 now! It spent the first few years going round a farmers field a couple of times a month and has not done much else since. Having sold my own enduro bike, I changed it to my name and put it through its first mot October last year intending to do a bit of green laning but it hasnt happened. 10 months i`ve had it!!!. Just before i got it the piston and rings had been replaced and used about twice after that by the previous owner. It has really good compression on the engine, you can feel this when you kick it off, so has loads of life left in it. Gets all gears fine and goes extremely well for a 125! Since i`ve had it i have replaced the back wheel bearings and dust seals and put a set of new brake pads on the back. There is still good tread on the tyres and the chain and sprockets are in good condition. The only problem mechanically it has is that the front fork seals are weeping. This causing oil to go on the front disk so making the front brake poor. It also ticks over too high when first started. I`ve been told its just the carb which will need cleaning out. This is not a problem after its has been running for a few minutes though. Plastics have the usual scuffs and marks as to be expected and the 2 back panels have been painted but its coming off round the edges from been power washed. The frame still has its frame number on as well! Hence why i know its a 1995 model. Renthal handle bars, excell rims and brembo brakes on it. I have tried to be as honest as i can about the bike as i know wot its like to have something described as mint when its not.! laning during the winter months, and as a supermoto during the summer, both of which it does fantastically well. It has a KTM fan kit (many pounds worth, but well worth it for summer supermoto riding), a KTM sumpguard (not pictured) included and an acument imobiliser, complete with 2 fobs. It has 80.6 hours and 3207 miles on it, BUT, due to a manufacturing fault (possibly oil pump related), KTM completely rebuilt the engine under warranty when it had 1910 miles and 51.5 hours on it. I`d been complaining of steel swarf when I`d been doing the oil changes (every couple of hundred miles), but they couldn`t find anything wrong with how it was running, then the big end went. Apparently, according to KTM UK, this was the only failure they had seen on any 450/530 2010 model exc-r, and after much inspection couldn`t find a cause for the failure, so rebuilt the engine with all new piston, barrel, con rod, big end, crank cases, oil pumps etc etc etc with all the labour and parts provided under warranty / good will (as you`ll probably know, these bikes only come with 1 month warranty from new, so, much respect for them to accept responsibility and fix it after 6 months). Anyway, this means that you get a bike with an engine that has only done 1293 miles and 29.1 hours since a full (and I mean full) rebuild. The only downside is the f X | £4500.00 | |||||||

I do not have the time to use it for what it has been designed for. I have put about 30 hours of ride time on this bike in a year, oil and filters have been change every 3-4hours I have two bottles of oil left. The graphics are team kingdon and as you can see have no wear or marks on them, this is how much I have used this bike. With the bike comes a spare brand new front tyre and full set of black plastic, which were the old set before being replaced with new orange. I also have 3No Bottle`s of Oil, track stand and is fitted with Optimate. There is general wear and tear on this bike only, as the wheels are hardened Black there is slight damage showing silver thru although all wheels are true, the grey to the engine casings is worn, and slight scratches to back box. when you ride.The handleing is fantastic and with the 350 kit it gives you loads of low down torque. The difference with the factory bikes compared to the standard bikes are the extras you get, these are: factory sticker kit,black excel wheels, 2006 black frame,seat cover,front spindle puller,adjustable tripple clamp (18-20 degrees), rear shock. These extra bits make alot of difference to the look and feel of the bike especially the tripple clamps. With the rake of the forks at a steeper angle this allows you to make a tighter turning circle and the difference that makes is well worth it. The bike has just had an m.o.t on 24/7/2010 so you do actually get 12months and i will be putting 12 months tax on the bike. I have a vast ammount of paper work and history with the bike and all the datatag info.You will get the ktm case with various books and info aswell as the users manual. I have put some new fork seals on and filled with new fork oil about 10 hours ago and i have replaced the water pump seals last week and filled with new coolant. After every ride the bike has the airfilter changed and a cleaned and a freshly oiled one put back in.When the bike is cleaned it gets cleaned ,dried and then covered in wd40 to keep the water from the electrics and keep the bike healthy. The bike has been in storage for most of its life, and lack of use and rider outgrown the bike forces sale. The bike comes with all the original owners manual and small tool wallet, The bikes itself is very well spec`d for a starter bike: Plastics: The plastics are basically a scaled down version of the larger 125/250/450cc bikes at the time and the graphics are the same too, this makes the bike look fantastic, There are a few minor scuffs which you`d expect from a 2003 bike, but nothing major. The engine: The engine is a air-cooled two stroke engine with a auto-lube two stroke oil tank, which adds the correct two-stroke oil to fuel ratio automatically, The engine is a very strong engine and again due to lack of use has very few hours use. The engine makes no strange noises or rattles. The exhaust on the KTM is again like a scaled down version of the 250cc bikes, finished in a nickel coating ( many full size MX bikes dont even have this!) I bought the bike for 2400 and i have only put on around 1000 miles and have spent a load of money getting the service, (which it needed! but all fine now). i am not looking to lose out too much money as i have barely used it. I have some different plastics for the bike which change the look of the bike completely. The bike has just been serviced and mot not needed until thhe end of next Febuary. Very low mileage and extremely tidy, very few marks. UFO tail tidy has been fitted so the bike looks even more "supermoto" than stock. fantastic fun bike to ride, truthfully nicest i have had and i have owned a fair few supermotos so far. fitted by my neighbour. I`ve had the bike for around about 18 months and my son has now outgrown it. It`s a super fast little 50cc scrambler, ideal for the first time rider or more experienced child alike. It`s in generally good order throughout, though not pefect as it has been used! I can feel a bit of play in the wheel bearings, the rear brake cable is near the service limit, the front fork seals are leaking and there`s a good few marks/scratches etc on it - standard off-road bike stuff really. Handlebars etc seem straight though so I doubt it`s had a particularly hard life! Having said that though it`s still a very usable little scrambler and, being a KTM, is built far better than most. It`s been great fun however it`s probably time now to invest in something a little bigger. Overall this is a good little KTM which with a small amount of TLC would be a superb little KTM. I have only run it for appx 30 minutes since my neighbour did the piston/rings so it still needs running in! I would like cash on collection please, within 5 days of the auction ending, and collection from Dorchester, Dorset. No timewasters or tyre kickers - the bike is here to sell! I have never dropped it, and so it is in very good condition, it has a couple of scratches on the tank,these are very small, also the rubber around the mirror arms is starting to crack. bike was serviced at 4200 miles so is in good running order, and has had a new rear tyre recently due to a puncture. a case of baby forces sales - I can show you the bump when you come to pick it up and everything!Anyway, here`s the details:It`s black, 05-reg, with 14306 miles on the clockI bought it from a dealer in March who put a new MOT on it so that runs until March next yearThe V5 is present and it`s had two previous owners, who have looked after it very well indeed.It has a month`s tax left - but that`s only £36 quid or so...The bike is in superb condition. It`s had these services all at main dealers:500 miles3820 miles6740 miles10598 miles13066 miles - which was completed in September last yearThere are loads of receipts (all in neat plastic folders), there are even former tax discs... the owner before me obviously liked things neat!It has WP shock, an immobiliser, as well as Datatag markings - all the certificates are present.All this history is in the original KTM material folder and there`s even the KTM pen as well as the original 2004 brochure for the bike!I bought the bike with 14175 miles on it and since March its done 150 miles - the rest of the time its been living in the garage. filter change .i fitted new plugs air filter oil filter new sive and seal and check and top up on every thing on the bike.recent bridgestone battleaxe tyres fitted (mutch better on the road than origional scorpions).the bike has only ever been used as a weekend toy i bought the bike from a friend who only did a couple of thousand miles on it at slow speed as it scared her to death .im only selling as i hardly use it as im working away most the time.there is a small scratch on one of the front plastics i dont know how it got there and the acropovic stickers are marked where i had bungees over them when i had a tail pack on these can be easily changed for pennies .ktm tank bag origional exhausts and all origional parts included in sale any trial welcome check my feedback .
