FAIRING PANEL WAS REPLACED,THIS WAS CAUSED WHEN I WAS MOVING A LADDER, NOT BY DROPPING THE BIKE. THE CHAIN , SPROCKETS AND BRAKE PADS HAVE LESS THAN 1000 MILES ON THEM, AND THE TYRES HAVE PLENTY OF TREAD. IT HAS SOME SERVICE HISTORY. BUT HAS ALWAYS HAD REGULAR OIL CHANGES. The bike is recorded as a Cat D. The bike is in superb condition, with a pair of lovely Scorpion Stainless Steel Oval silencers including the removable baffles. There is a crack on the nose cone by the mirror as pictured, but all in all this is a lovely blackbird, ready to go touring or just to ride around on. No reserve, so grab yourself a genuine bargain! they are as you already know this. What can I tell you about the bike. Well as you can see from the pictures it has been really well looked after. My friend had it before me and he would polish it after every ride out. She has had the wheels chromed along with the hangers and this sort of sets her apart from any other Bird out there. The seat has been recovered with the double X as you can see in the photos. She has Blue into Chrome beowolf exhaust`s fitted and really have a nice note to them. Blue double bubble screen. New Metzler Sport/Touring tyres fitted. Now for the picky side: She has a mark on the wing mirror and a mark on the back seat cowl from the top box, and where the bolts hold on the top box there is a tiny crack about 2mm long and the odd little mark here and there, but nothing that stands out. The bike is in KPH with the clock professionally converted to read MPH. She has 48000Km so around the 29000 miles (if my sums are correct). She is taxed and MOT`d. Sorry the top box is not part of the sale. I use the bike every day so milage may go up a bit. Happy to answer any questions . Now more about upgrades I have done. There is new battery installed,new oil and filter, clutch fluid and coolant. About 2000 miles back changed cam chain tensioner,drive chain( DID brand) and sporockets. The mileage on the mot papers are as follows, 2007 is 10095 miles, 2008 is10303 miles, 2009 is 10662 miles and 2010 is 10935 miles. Extras include, Datatool alarm, a dark double bubble screen, carbon effect hugger and a fender extender. The wheels have chrome wheel rim tape on which can be removed if you prefer. The rear tyre is a nearly new Dunlop and the front tyre is a Bridgestone that will need replacing very soon. The bike looks in excellent condition for its age and looks the part. There is some marks on the mirror casings and a couple of small dings on the exhausts. No swaps or part exchanges please, this is a cash sale only.
