Honda 1500 for sale

this machine has been well cared for. I am selling this for a friend who bought it from me in 2000 after I bought it new in 1997. Viewing if required is near Pontefract, Yorkshire. This Goldwing has a whole host of extras including personal number plate R11 UGE which has been arranged in such a way as to read ROUGE (well, it is a red bike). Other add-ons are the tasteful artwork, Hondaline CB radio with ariel, loads and loads of LED lights, chrome mirrors, spotlights, rotor covers with multi colour lighting, rear chrome wrap around light bar, driver`s backrest, luggage rack, towbar with electrics, rear trunk spoiler, passenger armrests and much more. Loads of chromed pieces make this Goldwing stand out from the rest. The condition is lovely with just a couple of little marks on the paintwork which I have shown in the 2 close up photos. It has an MOT until May 2011 and is taxed up to the end of this month (September). This is known as one of the best touring bikes ever and you can travel all day in comfort whilst listening to the radio or talking to your passenger with the superb audio system. UK from the States. The bike was built by them as it was imported "in a box" from the U.S.A. I particularly wanted a USA spec as it has all the running lights and hard wiring for the extras such as turn lights etc. The bike has a few extras but it is not over the top. Trunk Rack, Trunk Guard, front stone guard, rear flap, saddle box lights and turn spots. As a qualified mechanic I carried out all the servicing on the bike myself, (why not), but always used genuine Honda parts apart form the air filter which is a K&N lifetime unit. The only work I had done by HGB was to have a new alternator fitted at a cost of over £800.00. This was done just before the bike came off the road. I took it off the road due to business commitments forcing me to work away from home for extended periods and it was never used in the winter in any case. It is in excellent condition but to be fair there are a couple of minor things needed to put it into concourse condition. The mileage is guaranteed. The bike has been off the road for 5 years and is on an SORN, the pictures where taken on a Private Road. The bike has been stored in a centrally heated garage which is attached to my property, and correctly winterised. Currently the bike has a cherished number on it which is H15BYK. looks like she has been pampered all her life. We are selling her on behalf of one of our customers who paid £10,000 for her last year. She is a 2000 model with MOT and tax untill March 2011, she comes with all previous MOT`s and a load of paperwork including original Honda dealer pouch and tool kit. A £660 service and new tires was done less than 3000 miles ago so won`t need a penny spending on her for some time. She comes with central locking, tow bar (never used) intercom, stereo, on-board compressor, factory lighter, tinted glass imported from America, back rests, arm rests and carrier rack. She has completely unmarked leather seats as in the pictures but to do her justice you really do need to view as she is a beauty. She also has a reverse gear!Everything works exactly as it should.
