and has just been serviced so is set for another 6000 miles. The chain and sprockets have just been replaced, as have the tyres and the rear shock. It is under a BMW extended warranty until March 2011 - this is transferable to and extendable by the next owner. It has a computer, ABS, centre stand, white indicators, BMW hand guards, heated grips, Scott Oiler and a rear rack. You are welcome to inspect before bidding. We are near Grantham, Lincolnshire, East Midlands - between Peterborough & Nottingham. The bad bits - it has a scratch (from parking too close to a hedge at a French campsite) that I have partially covered with a BMW sticker. Also there is a mark that was there when I bought it near the GS logo - apparently another bike fell on it in the BMW showroom. I will require an immediate £200 paypal deposit. Remainder cash. I thought was the best spec F800 GS my money could buy. You see a lot of Yellow/Black bikes around so I wanted something a bit more low key but with great equipment. I specced it with: -COMFORT PACK (HEATED GRIPS, MAIN STAND AND ABS) -ON BOARD COMPUTER -LED LIGHTS -FACTORY LOW SEAT I got the dealer to add Mid Size Hand Guards which have been great and add to the look of the bike really well, I think the only thing I didn`t have was the Alarm which the dealer said wasn`t needed. Since then I have run the bike in as required and have had it serviced by BVM at 700 miles; it has just had its annual service at Cotswold Motorrad this week, both are stamped in the book. I have religiously oiled the chain and it hasn`t spent a single night outside, having been garaged from new. There are NO marks or scratches anywhere on the bike and its never been dropped and still has the balance of the BMW 2 Year Warranty from new. Although I hardly ever ride it when I do I remember what I`ve been missing, for a big bike it handles incredibly well and you can really throw it around, it surprises a few people on smaller stuff.
