from its previous owner who acquired it from his father who owned it for about 8 years were he stored it in his garage. When I received the bike I flushed the fuel tank and filled with some fresh fuel. Changed plugs, oil, filter air filter, chain, sprockets and battery. With a few turn over`s she fired up. She starts first time now and when warmed up goes very well for age. Could possibly do with carbs syncing as there is a jutter around 3-4000rpm but open her up and she`s away. | From what i have been told the bike is original with the exception of the seat as I recovered it due to a rip, Tank badges look like replacements, I had to rebuild the rims and spokes due to rusting although I do have the original wheel rims if required, I replaced the throttle cable as it also was broken when I got it. The front mud guard looks like it could have been taken off another model at some point as there is a small copper plate fitted to fill a gap on the rear stay, the exhaust pipe is a motad 4 into 1 which is in very good condition with no dents or dings, sounds great, There is a very light dent on the fuel tank where a tank protector would go, on the right side of the tank there are some light marks were the brake fluid came into contact with the paint work at some point, I have now rebuild the front brake master cylinder and replaced se X | £890.00  | |||||||

missing part is the chain gaurd.my plan was to restore machine to show,which its a good base for this being so complete and standard. the guy i bought the bike off kept bike indoors so its survived all this time in good conditon. its also a uk machine bought new in 1978. Ive just put a new 6v battery on bike and 2 recent new tyres.seat base and cover are sound and not rotten.indicators work ,will need a check through before mot for the odd bulb ect. bike comes with standard grips and all the little brackets and clips that get lost or left off on bikes this age.no rust in tank or leaks. chrome is a bit tired but metal underneath is v good,worst parts are head light rim and under the seat area of mudgaurd,front is very good ,frame and other metal work is v good with no rot or rust.exhust silencer is sound and not bad chrome,down pipe is a bit pitted but not rotten.this bike could be riden on the road straight away with a mot,its that together.or stripped to restore(most parts are the same as the famouse ap50 70s moped.) engine runs and sounds very good ,it realy pulls well and takes you back to the days of being 17 again on a 2 stroke. bike is on sorn at the mo ,mot has run out but it would not take much to pass mot ,brakes are good for age of bike and all bearings ect seeem good to go. bike comes with log book in my na X | £555.00 | |||||||

Recently had new rear tyre, good chain and sprockets. Been fitted with Micron exhaust and K&N panel filter. The bike runs and drives well and has never had any trouble. Unfortunatly the bike has fairing damage especially on the left hand side of the bike where the bike was dropped coming out of junction in the wet. This resulted in the side panel being scratched and the front fairing broke where the mirror is. I have photographed all the damage, if you wish for any more photos please e-mail me. bit shabby now and needs a rear tyre and rear brake sorting before you could use it so have listed as spares or repair.I have an old hpi check from when I bought it and it shows that in 2000 i was a damaged repairable cat c insurance claim.On the right hand side of the frame there is some dodgy paint above the engine so ive always thought it was probably dented and beyond economic repair.It still has MOT until the end of april but needs a few things doing .The rear tyre is right on the limit and the back brake calliper siezed ,so I stripped and lubed it now I cant get any pressure in it and suspect the master cylinder seals have had enough.I have quite a few spares with it including tank,forks,exhausts,carbs,seat(no cover),rear wheel ,callipers,master cylinders and various small parts.Most things are scratched or a bit rough(it is over 20yrs old),the seat is ripped,the fairing has various homemade brackets holding it on.On the plus side the front tyre is very recent,its had fork seals and steering head bearings in living memory.It went to a motorcycle mechanic friend every xmas for and oil and filter and check over but didnt this year so could probably do with one soon.(last one would be approx 5000 miles ago).It starts on the button first time and you are advised to come and have a look and listen before you bid.you are biddin X | £285.00  | |||||||

rack and Monokey topbox which is detachable and doubles up as a suitcase. I rode it down to Mugello for the MotoGP last July and it was just the right bike for the job. A week after I got back I did a trackday at Cadwell on it and it was good for that too. It has a full stainless Viper exhaust system with the can on the left-hand side to give it more of an RC30 look. I shortened the link pipe by a couple of inches because I thought the can stuck out the back too far and now the left-hand pillion peg doesn`t fit, so I removed the rear pegs. I`ve still got the parts and this could be sorted. Mechanically the bike is in perfect working order and it`s a bit tatty but it starts on the button every morning and has never, ever let me down. Most of the white paint is original but the blue was added later. The wheels have been sprayed satin black. The reserve is set at a realistic level. I live near Penzance. It comes with a DB screen and original, carbon fibre mirror`s, seat cowl and also the rear seat. Front pad`s are around 50% worn and i`ve just had new rear pad`s fitted. There are some marks to the one side of the bike where previous owner dropped the bike in his garage (shown in pictures above). The wheels also have some faded marks. The bike has never been crashed to my knowledge. I had to put another engine in last year as I blew the old one up. When I got the new engine it had only done 4000 miles,but when I got it the engine numbers had been tampered with. I contacted the Police and they checked the engine, they gave me a letter to say the engine is ok, and this letter will be supplied with the bike.I was going to put the bike on the road. I have a single halogen light to fit in hole in front fairing and a rear light and tail tidy to fit on rear of bike. due to wear and tear and where stickers have been removed paint has peeled away in places. repair been done at back by previous owner not great but hasn`t been a problem,will try show in pics when added. little problem: jetski was running fine before rebuild no problems what so ever was extremely fast and reliable decided at end of season to spend out abit on rebuilding engine a carburetors sinse then had problems running does fire up and run with choke fully on but not for long (stalls) havent got time to diognose problem so up for auction as it is. dont be put off by this as engine is 100%. has had alot of money spent on it i.e new pistons,rings,pins and not cheaply done money was not an issue, good well known quality parts (wiseco top end kit) good decent trailer included in sale and not a cheap one either. jetski is stored at a family address in mellis near eye, A140 and will need to be collected from there after auction or ipswich, not a problem. any questions... and I will get back to you asap. viewings welcome. uk and serious bidders only. £50 deposit via paypal at end and rest on collection. collection only. thanks for looking and good luck... will add pictures shortly... Can easily find parts online for pretty cheap, so a project that can be completed!Have a Haynes manual to go with bike, very useful, and the key is present. As for the bike its self, i was along side my mate who has a Suzuki RMZ 450 2010, and across the field in a straight line he could not pull away, on the track he beats me because im a wimp. I`ve owned the bike for 5 months and have done around 5-6 days of proper racing. As luck would have it, I have just had a full service completed on it which included; Brand New Tyres (Metzeler Sportec M5s) Oil & Filter Spark Plugs Air Filter Chain tension adjusted MOT (expires Feb 2013!) & a full health check. The bike comes with a Full Service History and stamps. As a qualified Vehicle Technician the bike has been kept to an excellent standard and runs as you`d expect! I may also have some reciepts if I can dig them out. Apart from the above and the New Tyres the bikes comes with or has: Baglux Tank Bag Cover (Model Specific) Leo Vince Can plus the original! Tinted Race Screen Fitted (double bubble) Standard screen Datatool (I think system 3) Rear Seat Cowl & Rear Seat As with all things, there is a negative with the bike. On the tank is 2 small marks (size of a 50p piece and a 20p) which has faded the blue (no dent or roughness) this was done prior to me buying it but I believe it may be the result of some bird C**P which wasn`t cleaned off fast enough.
